Oula

As the first private retailer in Kuwait, Oula had an opportunity to create a new brand that was very different to the government monopoly. Circle helped to define Oula's vision of providing a modern and forward-looking offer with a strong customer service ethic and an international outlook. Having positioned the brand, Circle then created the new identity and a set of core communication tools, including a corporate website, two magazines (one for business customers, one for consumers), stationery and advertising templates, corporate gifts and launch event concepts. These tools enable Oula to communicate consistently and effectively, and provide a benchmark for future marketing and brand-building activities.
