Al Maha is one of the leading companies in Oman and following its privatisation in 2004 it expanded at an impressive rate, building the largest network of petrol service stations across Oman and rewarding stakeholders with consistently good returns. By 2009 Al Maha was ready to start planning the next phase of its development strategy. No longer the pioneering newcomer and under increasing threat from developing competitors, Al Maha asked Circle to help re-define its brand strategy, develop a new retail identity and communications tools to support ongoing business growth.
